Important Announcements
We have a few important announcements to make:
1. As mentioned in previous news posts, one of our moderators has created a complete business overview presentation recording that is available to all members to use in their marketing at their convenience. You can either download the video to your personal computer as an AVI video file at: http://www.bbsglobal.com/mike/video/de.avi OR if you prefer, you can distribute the link that allows a person to watch the video online in a streaming video taking much less time to load and no personal computer hard drive space: http://www.bbsglobal-diamond-elite.com/Videos/DEBizOverview/ . We recommend using the streaming video link as the AVI file is 99+ Megabytes in size, but the AVI is handy for some purposes such as burning it to a CD or DVD to distribute personally.
2. An account cancellation feature has been added to each of your account back offices. If you wish to cancel your Diamond Elite position, you may now do so yourself by logging into your Diamond Elite Back Office and clicking on "Cancel This Account" on the left menu. This process CAN NOT and WILL NOT be reversed, so be careful that you are sure you wish to cancel and that you are logged into the proper account before proceeding with an account cancellation. There are 3 fail safes built into this feature reminding the member several times that this is PERMANENT and can not be reversed, so there will be absolutely no exceptions should you accidentally cancel your account. Should you cancel your account, the feature will automatically remove the PIG subscription due on your PIG account.
Remember, this is permanent, so if you are not sure you are canceling the proper account, we suggest you put in a support ticket to ask for assistance with your account cancellation.
3. Automatic account cancellations will begin on SEPTEMBER 24, 2008. That is this coming Wednesday at midnight! At midnight on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008, the company will run a new daily routine that will AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL EVERY SINGLE ACCOUNT IN THE SYSTEM THAT IS 5 DAYS OR MORE PAST DUE! This means you have until midnight 9/24/2008 to make sure your PIG subscriptions are completely funded and up to date and that all of your Diamond Elite accounts are in good standing. If they are not, THEY WILL BE CANCELED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
We would like every member to have the benefit of the doubt and plenty of time to tender funds for membership dues, so if you are having any trouble at all depositing money into your PIG account to bring your accounts up to date, PUT IN A SUPPORT TICKET by sending an email to support@bbsglobal-diamond-elite.com . We are here to help you deposit money, but can not help you if you don't ask for the help.
One last time ... ALL accounts past due 5 OR MORE DAYS will AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELED each day starting Wednesday, September 24, 2008, no exception.
4. Development of the product line is being finalized and the E-book/digital goods system will be online prior to the 1st of the month. We will also have all the remaining website pages live by the 1st of the month. The conference booking system is live and has been for over a month and the training curriculum calendar is built and will be populated with classes by the 1st of the month.
We are a new company and appreciate all of our members' patience to date as we have finished development of the complete product line and system development! A very special "THANK YOU" goes out to all of our founding members who have "stuck it out" this far and we are excited to show you that it will have been well worth the wait!
